Job Requirements
Experience in a management role in the bar or restaurant industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of industry standards and trends
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staffing, scheduling, and training of staff
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the bar operates efficiently and within compliance of all applicable laws and regulations
Develop and manage the bar's budget, inventory, and ordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels
Maintain the bar's cleanliness, including ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
Develop and implement creative and unique cocktails and drink menus to attract customers and increase revenue
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to increase revenue and attract new customers
Manage the hiring and training of new staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the bar's offerings and able to provide exceptional service to customers
Ensure that all staff members adhere to safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and guests
About the Role
