Job Requirements
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the venue, including staffing, scheduling, and training of staff
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to increase revenue and attract new customers
Develop and manage the venue's budget, inventory, and ordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels and profitability
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and sponsors
Ensure that all areas of the venue are properly maintained, including equipment, facilities, and cleanliness
Manage the hiring and training of new staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the venue's offerings and able to provide exceptional service to customers
Ensure that all staff members adhere to safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and guests
At least 5 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality, entertainment industry or something similar.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and financial management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of industry standards and trends
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
